Help me help a friend end her alcohol addiction

Dear Friends, I am helping a friend end her long addiction to alcohol. Through a professional contact, she has a scholarship to attend a proven effective addiction treatment center in Costa Rica (rehab programs in this country have a dismal success rate). I am tapped out financially and cannot afford to buy her a plane ticket and expedited passport, which will cost just under $1,400. So I am turning you. Please help me to help her.
